With over 20 years of industry experience behind his belt, Pasha Patriki has worked his way through the industry in many key positions, most notably as a Producer of numerous feature films. He is a member of Canadian Society of Cinematographers, where he received highest awards for his work, and a member of Canadian Media Producers Association. Pasha has founded PurpleDOG Post (originally branded as Red Square Motion) in 2010 as an answer to the lack of adequate post facilities that were able to offer affordable processing & colour-grading of the back-then-new 4K raw footage. Now in its second decade of steady growth, PurpleDOG Post has withstood the test of time and fluctuating industry economy, and has established itself as a first choice for many renowned and prolific filmmakers in Canada and around the globe.

Crystal’s career in film post production spans over a decade, most of which she has spent with PurpleDOG Post. She boasts an in-depth knowledge of both creative and technical sides of post production, and has background in online editorial, colour grading, and visual effects. Crystal has led the post production on many of PurpleDOG’s most acclaimed projects, including the Shudder’s Most Watched Movie V/H/S/94. In 2020 Crystal has stepped up to become a partner in the company, and is now responsible for most of the day-to-day operations.
MATTHEW HARROLD
Sound Department Head | Supervising Sound Editor, Re-Recording Mixer
Matthew Harrold, a seasoned professional with two decades of experience, stands out as a supervising sound editor and award-winning re-recording mixer. Proficient with ProTools, he honed his skills alongside industry greats like Stephen Barden, Craig Henighan, and Nelson Ferreira. Under his belt are over 850 television episodes and 70+ feature films. Matthew’s work speaks for itself and his achievements in sound editing and mixing underscore his substantial impact on Toronto’s sound post production industry.

MILA PATRIKI
Board Member | Senior Colourist
Mila Patriki is among some of the most accomplished DI colourists in Canada and has been colour timing and digital grading motion picture images for over 30 years.
Long before digital intermediate grading, Mila photo-chemically timed various features, hundreds of trailers, and hundreds of thousands of feet of dailies at Deluxe Film Laboratories in Toronto during the late 1990’s. Then entering the freelance world, transitioned seamlessly into the early days of digital intermediate. Today, Mila works here at PurpleDOG Post as a Supervising Digital Colorist where she heads up her color design team digitally grading dailies, trailers, broadcast TV and feature films.
Mila has worked alongside many award winning directors and cinematographers of our time such as David Cronenberg, Bruce MacDonald and Robert Eggers to name a few.
